1.The solid carbide rods are shaped by extruder machine.moulding press machine or Cold isostatis press machine.

2.The solid carbide rods are sintered by Integrated vacuum furnace or high-pressure sintering furface,by this sintering,the rods are with high overall performance and no pores.

3.Ungrounded or grounded rods are both available,any other tolerance requested rods also can be offered.Rods with chamfer or without chamfer are both available.The common diameter tolerance can be offered in

H6,H7,h6,h7,-0.005 etc.

4.The rods are suitable for the processing of general steel,cast iron,stainless steel,heat-resistant steel,nickel-based and titanium alloys and other materials.Recommended for twist bits,end mills,taps,gun drills and other general tool

materials.

5.Rods with diameters from 0.3 to 40 mm can be provied with lengths below 400mm,and we can also provide rods according to your drawing request.

6.Sizes can be 0.2X330,2X330,3X330,4X330,5X330,6X330...or 60x330mm.

7.Grades can be YG6.YG8.YG10.YG11.YG12.YG15.YL10.2,YU12,YU06 etc.
